The "DiSC Personal Leadership" workshop is based on the premise that all individuals, particularly those whose self-motivational style is more outer-directed, may benefit from a better understanding of their strengths and weaknesses, how they connect with others and skills to boost self-esteem.
The "Positive Self-Image" workshop traces the history of self-image research, the foundations of self-confidence & emotional strength and addresses how to overcome one's inner-saboteur. Leave with a reinforced, positive self-concept and simple skills to facilitate and motivate self-discovery and growth in others.
The "Stress Self-Management" workshop is a study of the history of modern stress management research and a comprehensive, interdisciplinary review of the current best practices for optimizing health and wellness. Self-analysis processes focus on mitigating interpersonal and intrapersonal stressors.
The "Longevity" workshop is three hours on attitude, nutrition and movement, designed for participants to initiate the 'trim-tab" effect in navigating towards a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle marked by vibrancy, energy and happiness. Expect to leave with a real game plan for a fuller, more productive lifestyle.
